Poeticah is a copyleft website containing visual poetry and products for sale. Any products available for sale from the Poeticah shop are sold using the reputable print on demand services of CafePress and Spreadshirt. Therefore, buying products on Poeticah is safe and secure.
The copyleft rights are implemented under the ( CC, A, SA ) license. CC stands for Creative Commons, a licensing service for creatives founded by Attorney Lawrence Lessig. A stands for Attribution which means that if you try to copy or sell or produce a derivative work from Poeticah you should give Poeticah credit. You can do this by posting a link somewhere to the Poeticah website. SA stands for Share Alike. This means that you can copy, modify, share, sell and use the media from Poeticah in any way you like without getting permission. This also means that anybody else must do the same.
Poeticah is copyleft because it is oriented toward the principles of free culture. Therefore contributors to Poeticah should use open source or free software like Gimp or Inkscape or Libre Office. Everything should be written in HTML5 or CSS3.
