<<Blue Mundi>> Peaceful be Jack Poet not be Jack Shakespeare Neruda Pushkin what for Who's that he'd ask to any famous poet's name Hands on and practical Massaging his lady gently Telling her don't know why your soft blond hair reminds me of the scent of honeysuckles my favorite smell Buying Valentine's Day cards roses candles lingerie were more his joys Nimble be Jack From childhood on friends nicknamed Jack Quick They'd say Quick can sure play games Good runner and football player Video game and pinball king press those buttons twist those levers Peaceful be Jack When Jack grew up he trained for bigger games Big games get played from a distance More screens more blips levers and buttons Then one day Jack s c a t t e r e d in someone elses Blip That was the game that turned all games Off After that game the silence will hold No more poets Peaceful <<Blue Mundi>>
